1.i will probaly help you will a layout or a website layout if you need it ,but dont ask me if you have no experience in coding or any of it (thats usally what happens)

3. if you need help on a graphic you have already started then sure go head an ask
4. yessss you can send me requestd infact please send me layout request o any other kind of request for that matter it feeds my hunger and gives me layout ideas.
